From the purchase agreement, to setting up a new corporation down to the smallest details, the project was done right. Dan’s legal assistant, Lisa, is very knowledgeable and incredibly talented in her job, she was always there for any questions I had. Having been an attorney myself for almost 30 years, I asked Dan to help me because he and the support staff ARE that good.
