Emerald did a fantastic job. The followed through on all of their commitments! Their clean up was amazing - no nails or debris anywhere. They handled the insurance company start to finish - made my life easy!

Emerald Roofing recently replaced our gutters and did a great job. Bill was extremely responsive and completed the work quickly. The crew worked very hard and got the job done in one day. They did a great job of cleaning up the site and i appreciated some of the little add on things that they did. The gutters look great and are performing as expected. I needed a new roof after a bad hail storm in June of 2022 and decided to give Emerald Roofing a try after reading some reviews. I've used other roofing companies in the past and they were fine, but Emerald really stands apart from them in terms of service.

Bill (the owner) reached out to me maybe only a hour after I submitted an online inspection request to setup a time to meet and this responsiveness continued through the entire process. Bill dealt with my insurance company every step of the way and was always transparent with his procedures and prices and extremely competent with maximizing the value of the insurance payout. Whenever I had questions, Bill was always easy to get ahold of by call, text, or email.

It's been a few months now since my new roof, gutters, and storm windows have been replaced and I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about Bill and Emerald Roofing and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of roof repairs. They really made the whole process worry free and easy.

Bill made the process of getting my storm damage repair so incredibly easy for me. He took care of everything and made sure everything was in order for the insurance company, etc. I will never call any other roofing company again!
