Cassie has been a Godsend! Not only is she knowledgeable, which of course she is. Not only does she care, which she does. But she LISTENS. She schedules enough time to be able to fully listen to everything...all the details that may or may not be important to the diagnosis. It's in the listening that she hears the clues that took us on the correct path towards healing. Most doctors listen for trigger words and then off they go. And because I'm not a medical professional, I don't know what specifically to tell them is the issue....just the symptoms, and maybe not all the relevant symptoms. But letting your patient share everything that's going on, asking relevant questions, and simply listening with no judgment or preconceived notion, that's where the nuggets of truth expose themselves.
