  Avidor offers the best kind of living for active adults 55+. Amazing staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Thanks to Christina (leasing agent) who started our ambassador program where residents assist new residents settle in to this vibrant community. Beautiful apartments, many fun amenities, a really great staff! What more could anyone want!

  I had recently gone to a networking event at Avidor. I was super impressed!!! The event was hosted by a gal Christina Reed, who was so welcoming and fun. She took me on a tour and I got to see the apartments. They were much more spacious than I would had imagined based on the dimensions listed in the brochure. The residents were so fun to talk to and the place is absolutely stunning. It was winter so I did not get to go outside but that pool that I saw outside the window looks absolutely amazing. I had not heard of it prior but was amazed by this place! As a nurse, I love that mature adults get encouraged to have activity and socialization, which are keys for staying healthy and preventing decline that can happen with advancing age. They have so many activities there. It is a tremendous value to live there when considering all of the entertainment, health benefits, and beauty that this place provides. I wish they would lower the age limit so I can move in!!! This place is like a super cozy tropical resort.

  In July of last year I moved into Avidor. My son found Avidor for me. Moving here has been the most amazing experience. The staff is always, always helpful and friendly. No matter how much they have on their plate they make you feel important. The residents here are friendly and with this being a pet friendly place it's a win,win. Check us out. You will love it as much as I do.

  I’ve lived in Avidor for 9 months and could not be happier. This active adult community has made my life so much better. With all the daily activities, great happy hours and other fun stuff I am so fulfilled. Residents make everyone feel at home and so it is easy to assimilate. My apartment is new, great looking and meets all my needs. The staff go out of their way to meet resident needs. I have visited many other communities like Avidor and they all fall short in one way or another. I am very happy with Avidor.

  Avidor is a wonderful place to live. Great friends and various activities to keep us busy.
