They were very kind. I just wanted my tooth pulled. They would do payment plan. Set up next appointment. They work with you. He was able to explain to me what was going on with my dental as well.
I came to Emergency Dental suddenly when I was in need of an emergency root canal. They got me in within the hour, and I was soon out of pain! Root canals are a bit of process, requiring a few visits to get a crown placed, which means I’ve been in the office several times now. I was treated by Dr. Brian Newell, who was incredibly personable and professional throughout this process. Each interaction with him was genuine, and I felt that he sincerely cared about me as a patient. The office staff (front desk, hygienist, and dental assistants) were also all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
This has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. In fact, it has altered my perception of dentistry because I have feared going to the dentist my whole life. I now have a sincere appreciation for the work they do, and am thankful to Emergency Dental [and Dr. Newell] for helping me when I was in so much pain. This probably goes without saying, but I highly recommend Emergency Dental for any dental needs (not only did a receive a root canal, but I also had a filling and a teeth cleaning… best cleaning I’ve ever had).
