“Erin Render and her team of caregivers and nurses at Legato Living were truly a godsend. We were blessed by their care for our mom who had Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia. Our mom had quickly declined under another facility’s care. The care she received in her time at Legato before her passing was night and day from the care she received at the previous facility. Legato Living was truly an answer to our prayers. They were a life preserver for our family at a time when it felt like we were drowning with how to best care for our mom. In our first meeting with Erin, I found that she was genuine, honest, smart, and we shared the same goals with aligned values. “I get why people don’t like her but she is an older lady and can be nice. She was the only person who would take my insurance. She got my kids on the right medication. And I got my son back because of her. We did do a genetics test which helped a lot. She also help me learn how to communicate with my daughter in a way that she can express her self. Yes she repeats the same stuff each visit but she has good intentions. She just don’t want to medicate a child. My kids dad did not like her. I did not like the lady who answer the phone in 2019 very rude but sometimes her son works up there .”
