“Let me first start off by saying I am not one to typically write reviews. But I would be remiss if I did not share my experience today with T.O Haas. My wife and I are taking a road trip are taking a road trip from Chicago to Colorado. Half way into our trip we started to experience an issue with our breaks. After getting off the highway and dropping into three different mechanic I unsuccessfully found someone who was willing to take a look at our car and fit us into their schedule. On a final attempt I walked into T.O. Haas on Elm, they too had a full schedule for the day but after sharing my situation with the manager and the distance we still had to travel, the manager refused to let me continue our journey with questionable breaks. His genuine interest in my safety was the definition of remarkable customer service. He went to distance of asking one of the mechanics to forgo his lunch break to help me out!! That is not all, they didn’t all the parts In stock to fix my breaks so they went above and beyond to source the parts with an Hour!!! Bottom line I would highly recommend T.O Haas as you can guarantee they will be looking out for your safety as if it were their own!!”

“at the age of 88 I had to put my mom in a nursing home. It was even twice as difficult because mom was deaf from birth and only communicate through American sign language. On mom‘s first day there they asked me what they can do to make it easier to communicate with mom besides writing it on paper and pencil all the time. Within a few days they had made up flashcards for mom to use and had ASL video available on some of the computers for the staff. From the kitchen service worker who made sure mom had chocolate ice cream for lunch to the hard-working nurses and CNA’s on the third floor they all showed nothing but respect for mom. They also have activities for the residents and they encourage everyone to participate. They always asked mom to come join them even if she didn’t want to and I’m sure mom ended up having a good time She passed away unexpectedly after only four months and some of the staff were even at her funeral. I think this says a lot about the Florence Home. Their staff is very caring to their residents . I was there almost on a daily basis and saw them interact with some residents that I probably would have difficulty dealing with. But they did it all with kindness and gentleness and understanding. What amazing people they are.”

“We got to use the self wash without small dog and everyone had a great time! The water was warm; we used the taller bath area, which made it really easy to give our dog a thorough wash. There were several kinds of shampoo available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back!”
