Specifically Big Al, I am immensely grateful for this man! His kindness, integrity and sincerity spoke volumes to me! He made purchasing a vehicle a peaceful non anxiety inducing experience. We were out of town travelers stranded while hauling horses - they exhibited exceptional customer service, support and know how. While we waited we saw and heard at least 5 examples of how the service staff voluntarily navigated different scenarios for the clients benefit. Just phenomenal service!
