Travis and Joe know how to get your mind in the right place so your training is much more effective and you will see the results instantly. I did p90X and Insanity but never had the same results. Travis and Joe push you so that you you get the results you are looking for. If you are ready to take your workouts to the next level than don't hesitate take the plunge and you will not be disappointed.
