(July 24, 2022, 10:53 am)We somehow made a 4hr trip into a 9 hour trip and towards the end, a storm started developing, the wind picked up and the sky began to darken. When bolts of lightning decended from the clouds, we knew we were in trouble. Thankfully we made it to our destination in the nick of time, before the storm arrived. Best day ever!!!!

(August 11, 2020, 10:58 am)Great place to launch to hit the Elkhorn. Be aware! You cannot park your drop off vehicle overnight here. They will tow you. You will need to make arrangements to get your gear and people there and then take the vehicle somewhere else to park it.
