Communication was informative and reliable on what would happen ahead of time as well as during and after the construction. They were able to remove old roof with several layers of felt backing, install new backer boards as needed, install new roofing and upgrade the venting on a 12 unit condo complex in less than a week. “I got to work with Mr. Craig Hill to have my roof and gutters replaced after a tornado tore through town. His company did a good job on the installation of both the new roof and gutters. While the quality of the work was high, I think that it was the level of service and communication that really makes them worth recommending. Craig kept me constantly updated and replied to texts or calls promptly. I really felt like he went the extra mile. I even passed one of Craig’s business cards to my boss when he asked me if I knew any roofers… Update: I was deployed when we got snow dumped on us this year. This led to some ice damning up on the roof that was causing it to leak into the house. My wife called Mr. Hill up again after a year and he showed up the next morning to knock off the ice damns. It was fantastic and I appreciate it.”

“I strongly recommend "Above and Beyond" (A&B) for your roofing and gutter needs. We had a shake roof that would periodically leak and would have to be repaired. We also had a hailstorm that caused damage to the roof. I filed an insurance claim which determined that the roof did not need to be replaced; that the damage could be repaired. We decided to check several roofing contractors on the cost to replace the roof with storm-resistant synthetic shingles. The price and personal attitudes varied between three contractors; we were not comfortable with their offers. During this period, we noticed that our neighbor was getting their roof replaced. I was impressed with the quality and efficiency of the roofing team. I saw the A&B sign in our neighbor's yard and called their phone number. Within a day, Gary Olson rang our doorbell. Working with Gary started an excellent relationship with A&B.
