“I had a very positive experience. My roof was installed the summer of 2017. I fully expected to have ice dams this year as I have had them before when we get snow like we did this winter (2018/2019), but I didn't have any water issues. I took away 1 star because a shingle is popping up and the gutter covers are glued in. I risk damaging the roof if I need to remove the covers (they're supposed to be clipped in the front then slid under the shingle line, not glued in). This will cause problems if I need to either replace the covers or gutters before the next roof.”

I’m giving it 4 stars because of them. -1 star because the rates kept going up and i finally decided to just let the unit go. I thought that i’ve been there for a while and they take care of tenants as far as prices, but idk, maybe it’s their policy to raise prices and force tenants to move out due to the rent going higher every few months or so.”
