I don’t know who’s running this store, but I myself manage a business. I don’t take my time to leave reviews for just anyone, so whoever is managing… take time to let your people know they’re killing it. Retail is hard enough as it is, but even more difficult due to the pandemic. So pay respect where respect it due and let your workers know that they are appreciated. Before learning about Austin embroidery, I reached out to another local shop, and just got the runaround, so was very pleased with how easy the process was! We didn’t have a huge project so wasn’t sure what the priority would be, but they did a great job of fitting us in and getting our jackets done in time for our retreat!
