“I have zero experience with CPAPs and only had seen one in person once. I had to start my CPAP therapy at the height of the CO-Vid 19 start in Nebraska so I had everything mailed to my home and a phone call for assistance setting it up. Then a few follow up calls to make sure I was doing well. I ended up needing an adjustment for my headgear size, which was rapidly mailed to my home. Any other issues were handled quickly and with professionalism. It was a little more self-directed then it would have been, but no matter how short staffed and restricted everything was and continues to be I am getting great care and my new supplies ships with no involvement on my part other then providing the payment for the copay. I’m glad my insurance told me to go through these guys.”
