“I have sent several patients here, and have had three tests done myself. The doctor very clearly walked me through findings as they were analyzed. My patient that had thyroid cancer, doc felt the findings were suspicious and then sent biopsy to THREE different labs after feeling like he needed more information. Biopsy provided suspicious results. My patient saw a surgeon, her thyroid was removed. The lab results of the tumors revealed an aggressive cancer. She actually had two tumors positive for cancer. She lost her sister to thyroid cancer. Thanks to MIC PC, she is cancer and worry free. Your life and health should not be based on a dollar sign. I am sorry to see pre-paying has gotten this amazing establishment bad reviews. Free health care isn't a reality, providers should not have to work for free because your insurance isn't capable of reimbursement or providing the necessary approval. “Let me first start off by saying I am not one to typically write reviews. But I would be remiss if I did not share my experience today with T.O Haas. My wife and I are taking a road trip are taking a road trip from Chicago to Colorado. Half way into our trip we started to experience an issue with our breaks. After getting off the highway and dropping into three different mechanic I unsuccessfully found someone who was willing to take a look at our car and fit us into their schedule. On a final attempt I walked into T.O. Haas on Elm, they too had a full schedule for the day but after sharing my situation with the manager and the distance we still had to travel, the manager refused to let me continue our journey with questionable breaks. His genuine interest in my safety was the definition of remarkable customer service. He went to distance of asking one of the mechanics to forgo his lunch break to help me out!! That is not all, they didn’t all the parts In stock to fix my breaks so they went above and beyond to source the parts with an Hour!!! Bottom line I would highly recommend T.O Haas as you can guarantee they will be looking out for your safety as if it were their own!!”
