“Paula is amazing. Any interactions with her or her staff have been extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. Paula was able to help my wife when other doctors had not been able to. She was compassionate and professional and she took the time to listen to her before making recommendations. The previous doctors we had seen would spend less than 10 minutes with her and prescribe another pill hoping it would help only to cause more anxiety and depression when the medicine did not work as they hoped. When she saw Paula adjustments were made and she helped her to try to identify the causes. My wife is healthy and happy today because of Paula Whittle who has been supportive of every step in our journey. I would recommend anyone in need of compassionate advice and treatment to see Paula.”

“Muscle house fitness is a very good program ran by Daniel Lyle. I started my routine last March 2019 and I lost about 50lbs up to November from just exercise five days a week and weekends off. 45 minutes first thing in the morning. 5 to 5:45am every morning. I enjoyed that time. Now that I can't go I must exercise at home now to tone up loose fat. Thank you Mr. Lyle for all your help, now I need to tune up. Can't wait to get back at it. Listen people if you want a great workout, muscle training, toning up, give muscle house fitness a shot, you won't regret it.”
