“I use Dr. Rosipal and I also use Dr. Phillips and Matt at MD West one. This is the best place to go for shoulders and knees. The wait time in the office is almost none. They have all the essentials that they need at their offices, so you don’t have to go to different buildings or hospitals to get x-rays and such. I feel in my own decision that it moves along the process of what needs to be fixed so there’s no going home taking medicine for two weeks and if it looks like it’s still bothering you come back and will look at it again. The nurses and staff are very efficient and helpful as well!! Number one in my book!!”

“Loved the vet and the staff. I'm so grateful to them. My dog went from bloody diarrhea to better within the day. The fun, dog-living, kind staff were able to fit me in last minute as I was driving cross country. My yellow lab had bloody diarrhea and the vet walked me through what was going on (nothing too serious), gave me a medicine to clear it up same-day (thank God, we were going to be on the road all day) along with some antibiotics to fix him up. Then the vet went beyond any vet I've had: he gave me special canned food for dogs with stomach issues to help my dog for the next few days, AND gave me a round of probiotics to help my dog get back in shape after the antibiotics.”

“Dr. Sam is amazing! I have two large dogs who don’t like the vet, but Dr. Sam's calm demeanor definitely puts them at ease. One of my dobies has seen Dr. Sam a few times over the last year and has always been well taken care of. We used to go to Goodrich Vet and the service there was absolutely terrible. Thankfully we found this place and on the first visit Dr. Sam was able to help us solve an ongoing issue that we thought was a lost cause. It was such a relief since the other place we used to go to bled us dry and never solved anything even though we had multiple visits there. I would recommend this location to anyone, Dr. Sam is a sweetheart who truly loves animals. The rest of the staff is also great, the people at the front desk are always warm, polite, and seem to enjoy what they do. I know you guys get crazy busy sometimes but I’m so glad you’ve managed to keep it together and have always seen us in a timely manner. Me and the dogs thank you!”

She offered suggestions and told us why certain elements would/would not work. Tiffany would stop by frequently to check on the contractors and make sure everything was going to plan which was comforting! “The facility is nice but there is very little seating. Due to COVID protocols only the coaches and players could be on the court, all other spectators had to be in the level above. There's 6 courts with dividers for each but for some reason the facilitators choose not to use them.”
