Car things are not my wheelhouse! Tom let me know it would be about 4 minutes for the part to make its way from the back to the front. And here's what impressed me most: he could have taken that time to do some busywork while I waited, but instead he stayed and talked to me. I asked him questions about his background in the auto industry and I quickly realized Tom is an expert in his field. This rapport established trust and confidence — and that is the kind of service that has turned me into a Napa customer for life. Tom is a keeper!”

“I highly recommend Good Samaritan Pet Clinic. The staff are all very kind and respectful. They did an awesome job cleaning my babies teeth and the price was very reasonable. My vets estimate for a teeth cleaning was 580.00. I just thought that was insane. Now I know I can have my dogs teeth cleaned once or twice a year at a very affordable cost. They only do surgeries and dentals. I would not hesitate to bring my LuLu here if she needed surgery as well.”
