(November 25, 2020, 3:11 pm)Rented a full size car, got upgraded to a Cadillac. Wonderful customer service by Lateeka Thompson, Branch Manager. Was friendly, thorough, answered any questions. Took us out to the car to explain the features. Wow, just a great experience and a great car overall. Lateeka definiely made our day.

She worked with us to rent a car that fit our needs for a weekend wedding the weekend of Sept.19th, saving us money in the process; she was kind, courteous, extremely competent and GOOD at her job, and our car was clean and ready to go as she said it would be. Her customer service skills were superb, and she was a true pleasure to work with!

(June 11, 2020, 8:28 am)Rented a car at the Lincoln Nebraska airport. The Alamo agent was outstanding! I wish I had gotten his name. We had originally reserve a van but my elderly friend was not able to get into the seat. The Alamo agent had conveniently brought the van to us so we wouldn't have to walk to the garage. Then he took it back and brought another car. He seemed very understanding when he could have easily been frustrated as we were his last client of the day. A big thank you to that outstanding young man!
