I am writing this review as a consumer (my child attended) and an employee of Educare. When my child went to Educare he had an amazing classroom with low ratios. There were 17 students and 3 teachers. You can't find that ratio anywhere else! If he had been under three he would have been in a classroom of 8 students to 3 teachers. I was really happy to hear that his teacher had a bachelor's degree in elementary education and an endorsement in Early childhood. He is going into the third grade and he still speaks of his time as a student of Educare very fondly. I have nothing but nice things to say about his time at Educare. His classroom was large, bright, and orderly. His teachers had a schedule and they stuck to it much like an elementary school does. He was very prepared when he left Educare for the next step. When I placed him in Educare I was looking for someone to just watch him while I worked. I soon learned that they did so much more. They made sure he socially, emotionally, and academically ready for Kindergarten. I also really like that Educare does not ask parents to pay for care.

Because I work at Educare, my son asks me all the time if he can come back and go to school with me. When I started the job at Educare, my intention was to just work there while my child was attending. I have since come to love what I do and have been able to promote within the organization. He has been gone three years and I am still here. I have worked here almost 6 years and I am pleased with my work environment and the compensation.

I highly recommend Educare as a place to send your children and a great environment to work at for those who love children.
