    This gym is exactly what I needed to get out of my slump. No intimidation and everyone is pushed at their own levels. Brady is the best! I started as a beginner and today I’m confident with weights, core strength, balance, cardio, etc. It’s a great atmosphere and I feel better every time I leave. Prime has given me the lifestyle change I need and keep coming back to. 🏋🏼‍♀️

    Been to numerous other gyms and trainers in town. Brady is hands down the best. He’s quick to adapt the daily workouts based on what his clients indicate they need. His positive mindset is contagious and you would have a hard time leaving not feeling better about yourself.

    My daughter encouraged me to start a fitness program with her a few years ago. Forty years of being a professional couch potato had gotten me to the point that I couldn’t walk a flight of stairs without having to stop and catch my breath. I had attempted to start fitness programs in the past, but it was nothing short of discouraging, and none lasted. When you’re really out of shape, the thought of starting a fitness program can be intimidated and overwhelmed. Finding the right trainer makes all the difference, and luckily, we found Brady!

    Brady takes a sincere interest in our individual goals, and he is able to adjust his training for EVERYONE from the least fit person to the most fit person. Many trainers assume your measure of success is tied directly to a dress size or how much weight you can bench or your body fat percentage. Brady recognizes that everyone’s current fitness level, as well as their measure of success, is unique to that individual. He listens and he teaches and he modifies anything he needs to in order to ensure the success of each individual. His classes are small, so he can take time to work with each person, making sure they are getting the most they can get from his training. Whether your goal is to look awesome in a bikini or run a marathon or just remain healthy and mobile to enjoy life, Brady is going to help you reach that goal. I cannot recommend Brady strongly enough! He would be an awesome choice for anyone at any fitness level, whether you’re looking for small group or personal training. He’s great to work with!
