  Had a minor but immediate crisis in our home. John Henry's sent Adam over to fix the gate valve before and after the meter for our home. The curb stop out by the street main had to be shut off before making the repairs and we replaced the gate valves with ball valves. Ball valves are a much better choice by far. Once we got the curb stop to move we were finally able to shut off the water to the house which made for an easy repair. Thank you John Henry and Adam for getting this done. Thumbs up.

  Eric G. is the absolute BEST. We had a kitchen sink blockage that another Lincoln plumber actually made worse, then wanted to charge us extra to fix his mistake. We call John Henry and from the sweet girl we scheduled with to the way Eric handled everything, we couldn't be happier. He came in, knew exactly what to do and went the extra mile to ensure EVERYTHING was done to perfection. John Henry will have our business from now on, no question! Thank you so much for prompt service and great employees!

  I’m a first-time home owner and was worried about how my house’s ducts, AC/furnace, etc we’re doing. I was super lucky to have Thad come by my house, take a look, make some awesome recommendations and get me on a plan. He then went ahead and cleaned my AC unit, installed a new CO detector, set me up for a duct and dryer vent cleaning, all the while chitchatting and being super kind. I’m glad the previous owners partnered with John Henry’s and I’m happy to continue that partnership as my home’s new owner.

  Totally great experience working with this company starting from the first phone call, arrival time on the money, repairman was optimistic and confident, paid our bill on the spot and the work was completed. Absolutely no problems or hesitation with anything about this. With an older home you’re always going to have repairs needed so our outdoor faucets are now drip free. I will definitely call this company again in the future if needed. Thank you Mike for being our repairman today - you are the best!

  As always, John Henry's not only meets my needs but I feel they exceed expectations when not only getting me scheduled, but completing the job in a timely manner. Fair prices and excellent service. I recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they provide. I've used them for many years and wouldn't consider another company.
