  We have been in this community for almost 5 years and can say very happy with the management, staff and services.All the work orders were completed within hours ,snow was cleared as soon as the weather settled down, very clean and maintained surroundings. Lovely neighbors. In short nothing to complain about. The staff is so cooperative and nice you will only have good things to say about them.In short its one of the best place to live in Lincoln.

  He did a great job of removing all traces of the barnswallows recent visit to my patio. Their babies left the nest and he went way above what I had expected to get my patio looking clean again

  I was a resident of this apartment complex just a year shy after it opened (2012/2013) back in February 2014 until I moved back to Chicago in June 2015. This was one of the better if not the best apartment complexes in the Lincoln, Nebraska area (Won 2 Awards). The apartments were brand new, lovely, livable, quiet and safe. As a matter of fact, the whole area was a haven and could be THE poster child for good, decent, safe, peaceful living accommodations. THE apartments are located in area where there is goods schools, big homes, nice expensive fancy stores and restaurants, everything A person can want and need is at your fingertips and just a short drive away. The apartments itself have everything from Ceiling Fans (EVERY ROOM - I MISS BIG TIME) Fireplaces, Walk-in Closets, Central Heat and Air, Small Terrances, Full Carpeting and Heated Garages. When I lived there I had a mid-sized one bedroom and my only complaint was the bathrooms were way too small. The office staff were always nice, the mail/packages delivered/handlers were efficiently able to process a customers deliveries with no issues or delays, one of the perks I say in living in a nicer/higher economic community. There was a pool and I swear to this at the time was never used and landscaping which could of easily appeared in House and Gardens Magazine. The area surrounding the complex was peaceful, gentile with breathtaking scenery. There was a small lake I recall which housed folks 🛥 and across the lake were homes, big, huge fabulous homes, boy and I wish!! There was a trail road used for walkers and joggers that went around and outside the private cove of the building. No crimes were ever committed or reported when I lived there and my apartment was always quiet never heard any of my neighbors once in the year/a half (2014/2015) that I stayed there as a resident. I gave the building 4 ⭐️ because of all it has or had to offered when I lived there but minus the one because the turnover of office staff, the year in half I lived there was awful. I wished CIP MANAGEMENT - OWNERS treated their staff/employees they way they treat their FABULOUS APARTMENTS - SERIOUSLY! By the way, not coming back to Nebraska but how about your construction team building some of that awesome fabulousness here in Chicago or in the Chicago Suburbs?! Another perk for me staying in these wonderful apartments during the summer months because it was only ME living there I was able to keep the lights off, turn on ALL my Ceiling Fans, close the shades and have a cool breezy apartment during the HOT summer months, keeping my electrical bill always the same because I never used my air conditioner accept - no lie - twice the whole time I lived there, Thanks 4 Listening!!!

  We have lived in a Villa for 2 months during a housing transition. The apartment was clean when we moved in and everything in good condition. The person in the office who helped us get settled moved to another state, but our experience here has been great. I made a mistake on one of our bills and one of the office gals called me to point out my mistake so as to avoid being "past due" on our bill. She was very courteous and I was thankful for the call to point out my error. Our balcony overlooks the pool and most of the time it is empty or only a few people. There tends to be more pool use on the weekends and the hot tub gets a lot of evening use. The facility is always clean and most residents are very respectful....especially all the pet owners. The grounds are pet friendly with 4 pet waste stations in convenient locations. Today I submitted a maintenance request for light bulb replacement requiring a ladder....no kidding, one of the guys was here in less than 2 hours to get the work done. Our tandem garage will accommodate our full size SUV plus another smaller car so we can get both vehicles inside during bad weather. So far, we are very pleased with the facilities here and the employees we have encountered. Even being near the pool, it is very quiet with very little "neighbor noise". The only negative thing we have found so far is the BNSF railroad tracks that run just south of the property. The trains are fairly loud and run past about 7 times a day, also at night. From our location it's not bad unless our window is open.

  I love my villa at Wilderness Ridge! It's set back on the golf course and away from high traffic areas, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. I enjoy walking by the ponds and watching the wildlife. The staff is very accessible, friendly and accommodating. Abby and Billie Jean are amazing and always greet you with a smile. They do everything they can to make sure any issues are resolved. I also enjoy the community events they host at the clubhouse. Steve, and the other maintenance staff, do a great job of maintaining the property. They resolve work orders quickly and efficiently. From the beautiful, peaceful environment to the wonderful, friendly people, you can't go wrong choosing to live at the Villas at Wilderness Ridge.
