North Pointe Villas

Always a good experience. I am amazed how quickly they respond to a request. The job is completed quickly and the staff are always so courteous.

The entire property management staff were very helpful and accommodating in helping me get moved in. I ran into some issues on the drive out from Colorado and Horejah and Dionn were extremely helpful and patient! I appreciate all that they did to ensure I was able to move in on my scheduled date.

We had a great experience living at North Pointe Villas! Maintenance requests were always completed quickly and done well. The staff there is SO kind and will make you feel at home. The pools are wonderful and always clean. 2 workout places, one focused more on lifting the other cardio, and they have a boxing bag and bikes that were so fun to use. The location is so nice as well, so close to the Highway but not in an annoying way. Also is right by 27th so your super close to Sams, Hyvee, Walmart, and lots of good places. We loved our floor plan (Delaney) and loved living here! Highly recommend!

Recently just moved here and so far enjoying the overall experience. Management is awesome to work with and are always available to answer your questions. Maintenance is quick to solve any problems you’re having or need fixed. I would recommend leasing here to anyone who’s is looking for a new place.

My family and I lived at North Pointe Villas for 6 1/2 years and absolutely loved it! The staff was awesome. The manager is one of the sweetest, most kind individuals you will ever meet. The leasing staff and the maintenance crew were exceptional. I have no complaints about the staff. They really do have an amazing staff! There is not one person that has worked over the years that I have not liked. Any time we needed something fixed, maintenance took care of it that same day, with a smile on their face. The two clubhouses were always clean and the property always looked great. The villas are very nice inside as well. We will miss North Pointe very much!
