  Ascend Chiropractic has a really incredible team! Dr. Bayer is one of the most well-rounded chiropractors that I've come across. I love his utilization of ART alongside his adjustments. I felt like he listened to me and truly cared about getting me better. Absolutely give these guys a call for any questions about spinal pain or overall health!

  There are various specialties that each doctor has, and having access to that has greatly improved my health in a short amount of time.
  
  Dr. Brian has been treating me for my "wonky" hip for some time now. I am finally in a place where my body is comfortable and I am able to live the active life that I wish to. I still continue to see Dr. Brian for ART and to learn new things. When I have questions, he goes above and beyond to answer them making sure I fully understand.
  
  Dr. Olivia was the perfect addition to the office. Her deep knowledge of acupuncture and other aspects of Chinese medicine brought me relief from menstrual and muscle aches and pains and most recently cystic acne. Dr. Olivia is an excellent acupuncturist. Not only did she address my issues with interest and empathy, but she spent the time and effort to ensure that my pain was resolved. She is a gem!!!!!
  
  Together, Dr. Brian, Dr. Olivia, and Sheri's vibrancy, compassion, sense of humor and patience can't be surpassed. I am very appreciative of the skill and professional experiences I have been given at Ascend Chiropractic.

  Dr. Olivia is absolutely amazing. Her unique techniques with acupuncture have helped me so much. I see her for migraines after sustaining head trauma from a car accident. The battlefield acupuncture that she does is definitely unique and helps for days after our visits. She is very polite, funny and just an all around good person. I would recommend her a million times over to anyone. She not only does acupuncture, she also specializes in ART. She helps to keep me relaxed during both treatments. I look forward to our visits.

  I really love the level of care I have received from Ascend Chiropractic. I appreciate the warm reception that I get when I walk in for my appointment and the amount of time spent with me going through my care. I feel like I am getting the very best care I can receive from my chiropractic visit. They take the time to get to know you, and treat you for the symptoms you are experiencing. I am a runner and feel like my running has been enhanced and injuries mitigated from the care that I have received. I would highly recommend.

  I've been seeing Dr Bayer to work my shoulder mobility and balancing out my overhead position. Attached pictures are of me snatching in training and snatching after Dr Bayer performed A.R.T on my shoulders and back in one of the competitions. Before I had big rotation to the right whenever I snatched. Now the degree of rotation is a lot less and my left shoulder can move better. Still more work to be done though.
