We partnered with CHI Health and Home, and worked with Emmy. She was amazing and worked very hard to advocate for her patient. She kept in great communication with us. I will definitely refer clients to CHI Health at Home!

We used CHI for my mother’s care. They were wonderful from the first meeting to my mother’s last breath. Our nurse was sure to be there every day for mother’s last days. Very knowledgeable staff, kind, and comforting. They listened to the family while still respected my mother’s wishes. Inside the team, I could tell that they networked to make sure that patients were receiving the best care plan.

CHI Hospice is a team of outstanding and dedicated professionals caring for hospice patients. We called on them to help us manage my father-in-law case in his final days. They kept him comfortable, listened to our concerns, and gave us honest and straight answers, even cried with us from time to time.
All of the nurses, nurses aids, and caregivers that came to see Ron were amazing & caring professionals. All with beautiful smiles and stories to share.
A special thanks to Mark who took over the weekend duties during our time of need. One of the most compassionate and caring men I have ever met. He truly cared about my FIL and his comfort and well being.
We will forever be indebted to CHI Hospice for making the final days and hours for our loved one a comfortable and memorable time.
