  I have been working with Right at home for a year now. It is a wonderful place to work with lot of amazing coworkers, excellent nurses and CAN’s. Staffing is well to cover any unscheduled absences in order to overcome patient’s needs. Changes are illustrating so well and adequately overtime. The management team is very prepared and skilled to shift the entire leadership to right direction. Lot of safety precautions and measures to handle this COVID-19 pandemic.

  Right At Home has provided care for our mom for the past 3+ years and are fantastic. Even though some caregivers are less experienced than others, they have all been kind, capable, and compassionate. From daily care to companion services, grocery shopping, cleaning, driving to appointments, etc...there are no tasks too large or small. You're all exceptional and thank you always!!

  First and foremost, let me start by saying that I am only giving this company 4 stars because of the aides who came into my home and cared for me. When I started with the company in 2016, it was wonderful. Fast forward to the last few months and it was nothing but battle of wills with the office staff. It is the opinion of myself and my service coordinator that I was unfairly dropped by the company because the now owner couldn’t control me. It isn’t my fault that they got turned into program integrity for constantly trying to fraud the state. However, when I got the call that they were terminating their services in two weeks; Kadie’s exact words were: “Because you’re trying to take my license.” That was an outright lie. On two occasions Kadie violated my right to privacy, as well as another worker’s right to confidentiality. Maybe, the office administration should do billing how they’re supposed to, then nobody has to worry about getting turned in. Maybe, the office staff should adhere to client confidentiality as well as worker confidentiality. Like I said, my aides were/are wonderful people. Kadie, and the office staff not at all. Kadie, you really need to thank your aides more and give them raises because they are the real heroes! I want to add, they are the ONLY reason I gave your company 4 stars; and hung in there as long as I did! So your comment to me at the end of March, “I am the sole reason why you are still a client because I make people come to you” is complete crap! If it wouldn’t have been for my aides, I would have left a long time ago.

  Such a wonderful company to work for. They have such kind compassionate staff. The office staff is always available when I have questions and do a great job at letting us know how much we are appreciated. Roukey does an amazing job at handling our busy schedule and making things work best for not only our clients but us as well. Great team work!
