  I started with floats. It’s a great way to stop the ongoing story lines in my thoughts. I’ve since tried fire and ice, and cryotherapy. Cryotherapy is life. It doesn’t take much time from your day. And let me tell you, my attitude is so much better after than before. I had motivation to not only gym afterwards, but get some yard work done that I’ve been putting off for weeks. Not to mention I’ve felt (naturally)much nicer. Sauna is always a nice relaxing break. Cryo is my new obsession though. Who knew standing in subzero temperatures for mere moments could be so life changing? Self care is necessary and Lost in Float provides a variety of avenues to take.

  I absolutely love coming to Lost in Float. I've done multiple float sessions and have recently started using their cold plunge service. They keep everything very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They make sure they answer all of your questions and give you a thorough training so you can make the most of your session. The booking process is so easy online. I highly recommend Lost in Float to anyone looking to try a new experience that will help heal you mentally and physically.

  This place is wonderful! I’ve been coming for years, floating first, and now also sauna/cold plunging. The facilities are top notch, and always immaculately clean. The staff and owner are amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable! They are always improving the experience and the facilities. It’s my happy place to go to relax and reset my soul!

  Oh my goodness, so beautiful. even before going, the scheduling was fast and easy. I have pretty bad anxiety, and the lovely lady at the front took her time explaining everything and was patient with my questions. everything here is thought out and feels so welcoming. they even leave you a brush and comb for after, Vaseline for cuts, they have so many good records you can sit for as long as you’d like to listen to, a lot of beautiful artwork, just an overall peaceful place that’s unlike anywhere I’ve seen here. Even the water spray bottle in the float room has me impressed, I actually brought my own just in case! it was nice, quiet and truly felt like I was disconnected from the world, almost gives you a giddy feeling and I personally felt so safe and comfortable.💜 I have only tried the float so far, it's left me feeling refreshingly calm and almost sore/heavy, in a post massage kind of way! I’m excited and optimistic about the other services already :) if you want to give yourself and your body a treat I’d def recommend, I came in feeling tight and not the greatest but couldnt stop smiling like a fool before I left 😁

  First thing I noticed was a VERY friendly and welcoming staff. They were very warm and kind.
  
  The deprivation tank is incredible. I had no idea what to expect, but it was surreal. There is a little float journal in the waiting area filled with amazing recountings of people's experiences of the float tank. 10/10
