    cleaning was awesome. they were able to get out red koolaid stain that had set for months. Very patient and thorough!

    Really liked that I could reserve a unit online, get it approved, and move stuff in immediately - without having to wait on someone in the office or having to have a face-to-face interaction (in these COVID times). Had a touch of trouble with unclear instructions about the gate code, but nothing we couldn't handle.

    The manager was extremely helpful and kind. They responded to my questions quickly and followed up. The facility was clean, easily accessible, and secure.

    Very friendly and professional. Was willing to answer all my questions! Only disappointing thing was that a moving truck rental was part of the special going on, but between all the Big Red facilities in Lincoln, they only have one moving truck, so it was not available to me upon move in- so kinda pointless to broadcast that special if it isn’t going to be available.
