  Kelly in mammograms was wonderful. She made a not so fun experience, a very pleasant one. Everything went quickly and was top notch.

  I don’t know the technical name for the procedures that I recently had done, basically I am having my varicose veins in both legs fixed. First of all, it will hurt...later on the first day. Of course. The care I received at my appointments so far has been good. Yesterday tho, I had a male nurse, Jeff, who was the best. He is a true gentleman, and helped make everything a bit easier. It would be great if all nurses were this caring and attentive, he is a real gem. I felt completely confident that he would ‘get me thru this’, and he did. Great job Jeff! And thank you!

  Staff are always smiling, short wait time, awesome bedside manners from all staff, very professional with all aspects of every appointment. AMI is worth the 60 mile drive when I am within 25 miles of 2 hospitals that could provide the same services. I would highly recommend giving them the opportunity to serve you.

  The staff at AMI struck the right balance explaining the biopsy procedure to me. Right up front, they made the steps of the process very, very clear without talking down to me. And, when they asked if I had questions, they provided all the details I asked for. I had momentary pain during the procedure which they prioritized, immediately treating it fully. I didn’t anticipate needing my hand held, but I did. Somehow they knew, and they comforted me without embarrassing me. I hope this biopsy comes back clean and I don’t need another. But, if I do need another, I will return to AMI.
  
  Edit: I appreciated not being fat shamed the way some health clinics do. But, it would have been less awkward to have an oversized robe for sitting in the women’s waiting room. Thanks.
