I got an appraisal first. Process went very smoothly and quick. I came back later and sold the car. That process was also very smooth and quick. Got a nice price for my vehicle. I would definitely buy a car from them again. You just have to be patient and keep looking you will find gems. Also I feel secure knowing that for the first 90 days if something goes wrong they handle it free of charge. I also took the extended warranty. I love my care its definitely one of a kind.
