  Pat was great in helping us look and pick out a sofa for our living room. She was attentive to our needs and wants for a sofa sectional. She was knowledgeable on the furnishing maker and build of the sofa. She helped us with fabrics and layout options. She shared the furniture is American made. Most importantly, she was able to make the price work for us. We’re also happy to support a local business in our community at this time.

  I'd purchased living room furniture a few years ago from Lincoln Mattress & Furniture and had a great experience, so when the time came to get a mattress and frame, Lincoln Mattress was the only place I wanted to go. The buying process was quick and easy and Pat gave me all of the information I needed right away. I found the perfect mattress and adjustable frame at a very competitive price. A totally positive experience!

  We were shopping for a mattress and this was our second store in two days. We were helped by Pat, who was a very experienced mattress salesperson. She talked with us about our current mattress, preferred sleep positions and asked if either of us experienced chronic back or hip issues. Once she understood our situation she suggested a mattress and gave us time to give it a try. We ended up trying four and comparing each to the other, eventually deciding on one. We talked a long time asking her about others we had tried and which brands were comparable. We did not decide during the visit but called our order in later.
  We are happy with our decision, feeling very informed and confident about the guarantee.

  At this point we have not received the item we purchased so we’re giving 4 stars only for service at the store. Becki was perfect as she answered all my questions and followed up the next day. The following day we decided for sure it was the right item for us. She got all the paperwork ready for us and two other people took care of us for Becki. When we arrived EVERYTHING was ready! All we have left is to have it delivered. I’m counting on a great set up and delivery!
  
  Two years later…
  
  I went back to Lincoln mattress and furniture because I really loved my I comfort Serta bed and I needed a larger bed so I went back to see what they had available. Amy greeted me very shortly after I came into the store and I told her what I was looking for and she took me straight back to the bed. I had my paperwork from the previous purchase and she went over it with me and the available beds that closely resembled the bed I had purchased before…
  
  I found the bed that felt almost exactly like my bed feels she got me set up with the purchase, I purchased it, she said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 weeks and that someone would be calling me a few days before they would bring the bed over and set it up. On my way home from Lincoln mattress and furniture Amy called me and said that the store had my mattress and adjustable frame in stock and that she could have it delivered as soon as I would like. So at this point we are set up for delivery for Friday this is Tuesday! I am very very pleased with the quality our furniture and the service
