Love this place! I had a membership before leaving for the summer, but cant wait to get back!

Have been 2x and love each session ! Many different workouts to begin with. Friendly staff and members. After my first session I instantly thought "wow, no other workout can compare to these, i have to become a member. "

Great workout, Yoga, Pilates, core, Hoping they add a Tai Chi video in there program.. and more than one shower. I don't know how people drive home without. The thing that makes this gym work for me is the station setup that isn't within a hot box. It's a legit band ,pull up ,dumb bell, dip, etc. arm free weights station that will cover a moderate to heavy weight gym session when one is needed. Very helpful management and staff. responded to questions or issues promptly and professionally.

I love working out here! You get a killer structured workout in, in less time and you burn so many calories. There are so many different classes to choose from and the fact that they are open 24/7 is amazing. I can absolutely feel when I skip a day. I’m not as energized and my body just feels off. The girls working here are so helpful and are such incredible people. I highly recommend!!

I recommend this place all the time! It’s great for hot yoga but it’s so much more. There are multiple different workouts that you can fit easily into your schedule because it’s available 24/7. Plus there is a free weights area! I love getting a good sweat in in the saunas and I love the health benefits that come along with it.
