Jen, the Hygienist, and Dr Amy, were very helpful in explaining my treatment plan so I didn't leave with any unanswered questions. The office is very well organized, especially in this crazy time of Covid, and every precaution was taken, so I felt super comfortable during my visit.

They have made every dental visit such a positive experience for her and her sister. They explain what is happening in ways our girls understand. They keep us informed on our daughters dental development which allows us to make informed decisions about their care. I would highly recommend Williamsburg to anyone looking for a dentist for themselves or their children!

Be on time, because they honor that themselves and gets you right in. The entire staff makes you feel like home. Don’t fear the dentist, just go!

(February 9, 2019, 2:02 am)I started my experience the normal way anxious about seeing the dentist. It's been a bit since the last time I went to the dentist so I was worried what they would say. Well everyone was fantastic. I was put in capable hands. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process and what I needed to do in the future to better take care of my teeth. No judgement, no random upsells, no nonsense. One of the best experiences in customer service I have ever had let alone this is at the dentist. Not only did I have an amazing experience but on top of that they scheduled all my follow up sat me down, explained future appointments and talked me through how it would affect my insurance. At the end they gave me a t-shirt, a card to remind me of my appointment, and a chapstick. I really can't stop raving about this team. Thank for making me excited about visiting the dentist again.
