ILC has been such a great organization to work with. Not only do they assist in helping me find clients, who I have grown close to, but my supervisors have always been very supportive and compassionate themselves. It’s a great honor to work for this company…..they all have a piece of my heart!! ❤️

I became a family caregiver with ILC earlier this year and they have been wonderful to work with. Everyone is so helpful, thorough, and caring, especially our coordinator, Jennifer Simpson. We met with several other agencies as we began to navigate the adult world of services for my daughter, and after one interaction with Jennifer we knew ILC was the best choice for us! She and all the staff are very responsive, supportive, and truly care about our family, ensuring my daughter receives the best services and support to live a meaningful life.

From residential to vocational services, careers to supports. They create unique experiences you can’t find anywhere else.

ILCs team are some of the best in the field and provide a lot of opportunities for those involved. From the CEO down to the direct support professionals, they are the best. I am really proud of the work they do.

I am a family care giver and have worked since 2018 as a contractor with ILC. It has been a very positive experience.The staff is knowledgeable and responds quickly to any questions and/or concerns. They have been very supportive in helping me care for my daughter. A great company to work for!

I’m not sure exactly where to begin with this review, I have so many positive things to say about Integrated Life Choices, that I’m afraid that I might bore anybody taking the time to read this. ILC has been a pivotal company in my life and in the life of so many others. I have experienced several different companies that work with individuals that have disabilities, and this one really breaks the mold. The staff are absolutely professional and helpful, they go out of their way to make sure that all the individuals that are being supported are happy, comfortable, and have access to the best services available. I cannot recommend this company enough and anyone considering working with them would be much better off.
