  I was pleasantly surprised that Jesse Petersen from Champion emailed to confirm the contents of my order. I had not realized that the sizing had changed on the higher end offering for their jerseys/bibs. He wanted to confirm that that is what I indeed wanted. Because of that information I had to adjust my whole order. Had Jesse not followed up, I would have probably been pretty bummed that my new kit didn't fit like I expected it to. I'm glad that the Champion customer service folks look at every order and pay this sort of attention.

  Our team chose Champion Systems for about the 8th year - and overall we are very pleased again. From the 2019 collection, I own an Apex Pro, Lite, Summer and Aero jersey. The Lite is very snug overall, especially the arms. I suggest a size below your Tech or Performance jersey size. The Pro, Summer and Aero fit much closer to the Tech and Performance, being more "race" than the standard race fit jerseys. My favorite piece is the Summer Race Suit - I bought it in Medium, same as my other pieces, and it is a perfect fit and feels fantastic. Also, I opted for the longer lengths in all bibs and "lowers"...the 1.5" extra in Tech is good, but I really like the extra 2.5" in Performance and Apex. Our team worked with Jesse Petersen, and he was very helpful in all aspects of helping us with product selection.

  I bought a cycling kit through Champion System about 4 months ago. After a couple uses the zipper on the jersey failed and I must admit I was disappointed. Some time had passed and I mentioned it to our Club Boss and he contacted Champion System to discuss my zipper issue. I couldn't believe it but within 10 minutes I got a response from Ben Woodbury, Champion System and we exchanged information and within 15 minutes he warrantied the product. Simple, fast, responsive and friendly is how I would describe the interaction. Because of the support Champion System provided I have since reordered some new kits because they are a quality product but the customer service blew me away how fast we resolved the issue. A big thanks and great work to Ben Woodbury for excellent service and big props to Champion System for standing behind the product!
