(July 6, 2022, 12:26 am)I recently moved to Lincoln and decided to give this business a chance since it was convenient to where I lived. I had gone in for minor issues with my car and I was very impressed with their customer service and timely manner and the honesty of fixing the issue. They gained my trust and business just on my first visit!
I recently took my car in for another small issue and I had also mentioned a "service shifter" issue that was on my dashboard. To make the long story short and to keep the privacy of my issue, the service Manager, Ryan Lavigne, kept me informed as to the progress of the repair, was very professional, attentive, detail oriented, and never made me feel that my concerns were invalid. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing but AWESOME! It was apparent he valued me as a customer and was willing to do whatever it took to resolve the issue and provide the best customer service I have ever endured. Since my last visit, I have moved across town but I will definitely be back to have my vehicle serviced at Quick Lane and will recommend Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center at 3201 Yankee Hill Rd because of the amount of respect I was given on my last visit. Thank you Ryan Lavigne, for your outstanding service, God Bless you and your staff! I truly believe you deserve more than a 5 star review and it was an honor to get the privilege to work with a manager that truly wants to grow an honest and successful business while continuing to be loyal to devoted customers who trust in his business. -

(June 1, 2022, 10:59 am)Saturday morning of Memorial weekend it was difficult to find a place open in Lincoln to fix a pickup tire, or a place that wasn't already fully booked on scheduling. Anderson Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center was open and took walk ins. I was greeted by friendly and kind staff the moment I opened the door. I explained my tire problem and that I was 300 miles from my home and needed to return home the next day, which was Sunday of Memorial weekend. They quickly got my pickup in and accessed the situation. They provide a nice customer waiting area. The service manager showed me my options and I asked him what he would do if he were me, as one of the options was to wait until Tuesday after Memorial Day to get the exact tire I needed. I went with his advice and they had me on my way within an hour. I highly recommend their services. Nancy

(April 12, 2022, 1:43 am)Great people, they are wonderful. They do have a nice, waiting lounge if you are staying, or food, shopping is within walking distance. You also get a free car wash from next door every service. They know what they are doing, and makes everything easy. Would recommend!
