We found ourselves in need of last minute lodging with early check in availability; the staff worked their hardest to accommodate us!! The first room we were given the air-conditioning was broken and the in room phone did not work, they quickly and happily changed our room. The second room the door did not latch correctly so the door was not secure unless using the dead bolt, they sent a maintenance man right away to handle the problem. The mattress was extremely comfortable, linens and towels fresh and clean, and overall the rooms were clean. Despite the bumps along the way we would stay here again if in the area.”

“I was in the market for a plug for the handle end of my cane. First, I tried Frontier Medical. They did not sell the part, and were unable to help me. Then, Capital Medical. She did not sell the part either, but referred me to Nebraska Scooter Mart, and/or Lincoln Mobility. The Scooter Mart was closer, so I tried it first. He did not sell the part, and informed me that I would need to order the whole cane in order to get the plug. Then, last but not least, I tried Lincoln Mobility, and she promptly got the model # of my cane, and quickly ordered the plug. The plug arrived in the store a few days later. I am a HAPPY CAMPER with Lincoln Mobility and super pleased with the way they seem to operate, based on my first experience with them!!”
