After ordering our items, there turned out to be an issue with the faucet on the manufacturer side of things and were unable to get the item we wanted. When I called the store, I spoke with Kim, who not only tracked down similar items but sent photos and information to me so that I could make a decision on a replacement without having to drive across town to look in person. TL;DR— if you’re looking for home improvement items, THIS is the place to shop! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide EXCELLENT customer service.
