It was already built and put together for the exact same price as the online store (which would be in pieces). Test rode the bike 1 afternoon and pulled the trigger on the purchase. Excellent transaction!!! Then 10 days later on my own doing, the bike fell and bent the shifter stuff (my terminology). I took my prized possession to Tony the next day and Tony fixed my screw up within an hour. Service on this fix was one that made me a customer for life. It feels good to do business with local people who care about the customers first and foremost.
