“Stopped in to get work apparel and was greeted right away and offered assistance. They ordered the pants in the size I needed and offered to call or text me when they arrive. I noticed that they placed a table in front of their counter and made a comment about their ingenuity in assisting customers in maintaining a 6' distance from the employee behind the counter. Upon that table they also had signs available for purchase that mentioned social distancing and use of mask. I truly appreciate their adaptability and their stance on keeping their customers as safe as possible during these trying times both on the job site and in their store. “Tim is absolutely the best! All around great guy. I called in for a broken pipe and he came out right away and fully explained everything that needed done. Quick easy job. I had him come back out at a later date to get it fixed and it took him no time at all! He showed me how he did it and explained the whole process. Tim was respectful of my home and me, cracked jokes the whole time and didn’t even make a mess. Even if he would have, he was immediately prepared to clean it up. “Awesome place. Nice comfortable rooms and the bed was awesome. They were very full during my stay with lots going on in town, however the noise level in the room was noticably quite low. A nice surprise when compared to similar stays in other hotels. An updated decor throughout. All the amenities available. Being located in the downtown Haymarket area, it's only a short walk to a variety of awesome restaurants, pubs, shopping and local activity. This makes the Hyatt a "Place" I will definitely return to and refer to others. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, basically due to parking and the slow time it takes for checking in or out.”

“This was my first time to this particular location. If you've never been you need to go. The menu has its staple items, but there's always some new or featured items. The burgers sound crazy and off the wall but they are always delicious. My experience with this particular location was this:my burger wasn't cooked enough for me personally and they immediately remade it. Also the gal working up front noticed my friend hasn't eaten much of her burger (she didn't care for the sauce on it, personal taste, I thought it was good) so she asked her if it was OK. Bottom line she insisted my friend pick a different burger to try, no charge. I feel like it's important to mention because I'm all for something getting remade if it wasn't correct or whatnot but Honest Abe's did it because they really wanted her experience to be great. We were both super impressed! And you can't beat their fries. The seasoning is on point!”
