“I had a doctor's appointment scheduled for 8:30 this morning and realized my keys were locked in the vehicle. I called around to places near me since it was already 7:00 a.m. and nobody would come help . Because it was a Hummer, I guess they're difficult vehicles to unlock you have to have a special tool. Jimmy Jackson with National Lock and key was to my house within 30 minutes and had it open within five minutes which allowed me to get kids to school and make my doctor's appointment ! Shout out to this company for the professionalism and their customer service .”

“Pleasant, honest, very reasonable prices. I was passing through on a crosscountry road trip with rescue dogs when my alternator went out and the minivan lost power. I called eight mechanics in the area, and Tom and his crew were the only ones who agreed to work me in between jobs and install my part that rainy day. They really got me in and out of there efficiently despite little to no advance notice. Totally appreciate you all!
