We had minor back up of our floor drain and I called them as soon as we noticed. Regardless of it being 2pm on a Tuesday, they were able to send someone over within 30 minutes, complete the job quickly, and charged a fair amount. “Food was great, had to wait a while to be seated but we expect this due to social distancing. The only problem I had was when we came in to check in there were 2 men that appeared to be waiting so we waited to. The host didn't say anything to us so we thought they were waiting line. Another group of 2 ladies came in & said excuse me & went right up front & put her name in. I was a bit upset & asked the 2 men if they were waiting as well. They had all ready put their names down so were waiting. I was very upset at this time because these 2 ladies went ahead of us & when I said we had been waiting also & no one acknowledged us. She just tok our names & said it was a 15 to 20 minutes wait. We weren't offered an apology or even acknowledged that we were clearly before the other 2 ladies. I just left it alone & our server was amazing!!”
