When you punch people in the face, sweat with them and sometimes bleed with them, you also form a bond. You're like extended family. When I visited ESS Martial Arts Academy I felt like we were having a family reunion.
Whether you want to get into shape, learn self defense, or feel a sense community, ESS is the place to help you. Super laid back and winning to everyone that comes in the door and steps foot on the mat. I truly believe in what they are trying to create and I would recommend that people give them a shot.
