  I brought my Dyson here to get fixed. They did great work for a very affordable price.
  
  There are some other repair shops in Omaha where the repairmen don't care for particular brands (especially the pricier ones like Dyson and Miele). When you ask if they repair them they take a negative tone with you and then stick it to you on the repair costs. I want my vacuum cleaner fixed and I'm willing to pay a fair price for that. I don't want judged for the brand I purchased.
  
  Bellevue Vacuum cheerfully said, "Yes, we do!" when I asked them if they repaired Dyson.

  My experience with Bellevue Vacuum has been nothing but extraordinary and professional! Russell and his staff are very knowledgeable and very people oriented. They take the time out and explain everything, demonstrate everything and make sure you’re satisfied before you leave the facility. I have purchased several vacuums for different things from Russell and all have been champions! I would recommend buying your next vacuum or trade in your vacuum at this business 100%. ?

  Wow, just WOW. I had my vacuum repaired, cleaned, and back in my hands within 24 hours. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable. Cost me a lot less than I expected. My vacuum is working better than ever. They have a lot of vacuums in stock too. Skip the big box stores and shop here. Get your old vacuum repaired here. A+++++++++

  Went in to get my old Dyson repaired, couldn't be done. Russ, the owner, offered to exchange it for a fully refurbished one of the exact same model for just a little extra cash. Great deal! As I was walking out, I longingly looked at the row of Kirbys and went back to ask him about them. He leans back in his chair and asks, "Do you want to know the TRUTH about vacuum cleaners?". My God, Russ! Of COURSE I want to know the TRUTH about vacuum cleaners!!! This gentleman, who has clearly been selling vacuums since before I was born, proceeded to give me a very persuasive presentation about canister/tubes/uprights/beater bars/metal vs plastic/planned obsolescence/etc.
  Anyway, I bought a new vacuum. A Sanitaire, which I recommend. Even more so, I suggest buying it from a local business owner that will hook you up with service extras, accessories, and most importantly the TRUTH ?

  Late OCT 2018: WHAT A GREAT GUY & GREAT SHOP!!!
  
  January 2nd 2019 update: Vacuum cleaner was serviced in late October and ran into a snag with it... so I headed back and explain the problem and, instead of any grief, the owner of this shop made it more than right by simply swapping out with a different vacuum cleaner. No delay in returning to vacuuming in my house. Well done!!
