Over the phone asked what was going on and seemed to value my own opinion of what the issue was, and were very transparent with the fact that they were all booked a week out but they would try to see it as soon as possible. 3 days later they had my car in and sent me a very impressive online file that documented their detailed inspection with pictures! Out of all the auto shops I’ve been to, this is a first. They called me back with their recommendations and gave me a realistic timeline of when the repairs would finished. I’m a college kid who normally does all my repairs myself but based on my circumstances and their fair prices I was happy to let them service my car. They didn’t take any short cuts and made sure my alternator was actually faulty and not some other issue. I felt informed during the whole process and that means a lot to me. I will definitely be returning for future repairs.”
