(March 26, 2019, 12:58 pm)Walnut Creek Pediatric Dentistry was amazing! I had my first child last summer and wasn't sure when he was supposed to start going to the dentist. When I called in and made the initial inquiry about this, the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their system and processes are very efficient: I made the appointment, filled out all the paperwork ahead of time, got an appointment reminder, and checked in the day of the appointment. Every step of the process was easy and without any issues. At the appointment, they made me and my son feel welcome and comfortable. They were professional and made sure all of my questions were answered and got us set up for our next appointment in six months! As far as I'm concerned, we couldn't ask for anything better from them.
