  This place is awesome! I’ve known David for years now and he’s trained me a few times in the past. I highly recommend him as a trainer. I’ve been to a ton of gyms around the valley and this one is by far my favorite. Everyone is very respectful and welcoming. The gym is clean and they offer a variety of fitness classes and other things fitness related. I definitely recommend checking out this gym!

  Dave is awesome. Very professional but also laid back. I appreciate that he is kind and doesn’t have a forceful or “tough guy” attitude towards training. The workouts are catered to my goals, as well as the diet. Most importantly, I feel comfortable with him coming into my home and around my family, he’s a good dude. 10/10 recommend.

  I have used the services provided by Forget the Gym off and on for the past 15 years. Dave has put together training and nutrition programs for weight loss, maintenance and injury recovery. After having multiple foot surgeries and a knee surgery, he was the only one I trusted. They are very knowledgeable and always professional.

  I have been working with Dave from Forget The Gym for over 10 years. He knows what he’s doing and is very professional. He always adjusts his schedule to meet my crazy hours and he’s constantly following up with me to make sure I’m journaling my food. Great person. Great company. Great all around experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  I had been diagnosed with being prediabetic along with my cholesterol and triglycerides being off the chart in late May 2021. (Basically I let myself go during the pandemic and it caught up to me).
  
  I was referred to Dave Vaughn from a good friend and I started my training with him on July 22, 2021. As you can see from the Body Composition Test Results, my body fat % was 28.1% and I weighed 192.4 lbs. I worked with Dave 3 days a week and he provided me with a recommended meal plan.
  
  Three months later my Body Composition Test Results showed 21.2% body fat % and my weight dropped to 185.6 lbs (As I am writing this I am currently at 181 lbs and my body fat is at 18%). More importantly, my blood work results all came back normal. In fact, my doctor couldn't believe the results he was seeing and asked what I did to get such amazing and fast results. I told him it was Dave Vaughn and Forget The Gym Training that made the difference.

  So happy I gave Sarpy Chiropractic a chance. Both doctors are great at listening to understand and work together so your experience is consistent no matter who you see. A timely treatment plan will be made but it won’t feel like a life-long contract as I had experienced elsewhere in the past. Lastly, everyone is so easy to talk to. They also just opened an Elkhorn location if that area works better for you. Obviously I recommend!

  I have gone to Sarpy Chiropractic for several years. It has literally changed my life. I was in so much back pain and was having trouble just walking around. Doctors just gave me pain pills that really did not help much. I was feeling better after just a few visits. I have been able to hike and ride my bicycle and motorcycle for several years now. My son and I ride about 20 miles once or twice a week. We even get out in the winter if weather isn't too bad. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. White and Dr. Brazda. They have helped me so much and I'm great-full to both of these men. I am currently 68 years old and go once a month to stay in proper alignment. What a difference this has made in my life.

  I couldn’t give this place enough stars to be honest. When I first came to Sarpy Chiropractic my back and neck were a complete wreck. I had pain and numbness in my left arm and constant neck pain and the difference after just the first adjustment was unbelievable. Since then they also have decompressed my neck and spine after an unfortunate playground tag incident where I intelligently ran headlong into a metal beam. The amount of cracks from the adjustments I had you would not believe and I am back to normal again after just three visits. If I had an endless amount of money I would go there every other day just because they are so skilled and knowledgeable and are essentially chiropractic wizards. I also love all of the staff so much, it makes my day every time I get to see them, so I would go just to see them too. ? This is an excellent office with caring, professional, incredibly skilled individuals and I can’t recommend it enough!

  Sarpy Chiropractic is an amazing place. The entire staff is comforting and they really care about all of their patients. So thankful to get my mind, body, and soul worked on when I go there.
