  I was so impressed by the level of customer service I received from the person I worked with. She went way above and beyond to identify solutions to a complicated moving situation. I felt she really cared about us and wanted to help out. The follow-up from her and her boss after our initial conversations was prompt and helpful. Because of a change in plans, we didn't end up getting to use this company to move, but if/when there is a move in the future, we are planning to reach out and use them as our movers.

  I was very impressed with Jeff and the amount of communication during the whole experience. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and made this move go smoothly. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the men that packed our belongings. Some of the boxes were so overpacked I could barely lift them. Once I started unpacking, I realized that some of the boxes were not labeled very well and some things that were fragile were not given the care I would have hoped for. Overall I would definitely use I-Go again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

  Our entire move went smoothly from start to finish. The moving crew was efficient, kind, and courteous. They kindly accommodated my baby and dog throughout the entire moving process. Would highly recommend them for your upcoming move, as they took away so much of the stress of moving!

  I-Go was very responsive to all my questions and returned calls and emails in a timely manner. The crew they sent on both ends of the move were professional and took great care with my furniture and belongings. The crew that packed up was terrific and no items were damaged in the move.

  I-Go exceeded my expectations, from the first phone call with Karen, meeting Pat at my house for the estimate and all the way through the process to the final unloading. We moved from Nebraska to California without a single hitch, they packed and stored a lot of our things while we were selling our house, then came and packed and loaded the rest the day before the move. The truck driver contacted me with a delivery day and time, showed up 10 minutes early with a professional crew to help them unload as I directed them to which rooms to unload. Very helpful, professional and polite from the first phone contact to the last box getting unloaded at the destination. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this company and strongly recommend them.
