You guys have been my hero in storage. Valentino went above and beyond service to really accommodate my storage requirements. My move has been the single worst experience of my life due to various circumstances beyond my control but the people at west coast storage have really helped to ensure my needs were met and even further. A++++ service, pricing, access... best storage facility ever!

The staffs and facility at west coast self storage Carlsbad are top notch. The storage is clean n well maintained and humidity control is well kept. Staffs there are super helpful on moving in n anything I needed help on.

The best storage facility I have ever rented. The staff is friendly and amazing, the storage is clean and temp controlled and it is so wonderful to have had my possessions in such a safe environment. The only downside is they have spoiled me and raised the expectation for my next rental in Utah - I just don’t know how it could be any better.

Absolutely smooth and pleasant experience! I did everything online and just showed up! I checked in at the office because I needed to buy a lock. Valentino was amazingly helpful. He showed me where the unit was in the building, how everything works with the codes and elevators, and even showed me how to install the lock on my unit. He was amazing. Very patient and kind. The facility is clean and temperature controlled. I would absolutely recommend Valentino and West Coast self storage to anyone needing a rental unit.
